R.E. “Bob” Lee, 81, of Burleson, Texas, and Marshall, Missouri, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at The Living Center, in Marshall.

Memorial services were 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel, in Marshall, with Rev. Sandy Nenadal officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Burleson, Texas.

Born Nov. 27, 1936, in El Paso, Illinois, he was the son of the late William Earl Lee and Marguerite Bradley Lee. Bob was a 1954 graduate of Bloomington High School in Bloomington, Illinois, and then served in the United States Air Force until he was honorably discharged in 1963. On June 8, 1958, he married Maxine Hinnah, who survives of the home. Bob was employed with U.S. Lime and Minerals, in Dallas, Texas, as their credit collections manager, and attended First Christian Church, in Burleson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters; Alice, Imogene, Margaret, and Nadine; and one brother, Bill.

In addition to his wife, Maxine; he is survived by one son, Keith Lee, of Burleson, Texas; one daughter, Becky Lee, of North Richland Hills, Texas; one grandson, Matthew Lee, of Burleson, Texas; one brother, Ron Lee, of Red Oak, Texas; as well as nieces and nephews.
