Nancy J. Lee, 67, of Burleson, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in Fort Worth.
Memorial services are 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 17, 2018, at Hallmark Baptist Church, 4201 W. Risinger Road, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Nancy was born March 12, 1951, in Albany, New York, to Ernest and Helen Tice Roth.
Ms. Lee was an insurance claims management adjuster in the healthcare industry and a member of Hallmark Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; several siblings; and husband, Paul Bradley.
Survivors include her son, Charles Van Heusen and wife, Susan Kay, of Fort Worth; step-daughter, Tammy Van Valen and husband, Robert, of Burleson; grandchildren, Austin Van Heusen, William Van Heusen, Jacob Van Valen and Joshua Van Valen; brothers, Ronald Roth and Marc Roth, both of Albany, New York; and a host of other family members and friends.
